Sonny is my baby. He
is 25yrs old. Not too bad for an old man.
This horses has seen many through most of my life.
He was my Dandie horse back in the day. Sonny and I went
to so many rodeos together. You name it we did it.
I won many ribbons on Sonny. We did alot of barrel
racing, pole bending, trail riding, rescue riding and
much more. I cant even begin to describe to you
how much this horse means too me. When I
look at Sonny I always see my childhood and my past.
He always makes me smile because we had so many good
times together.
Some of you might not know, but I can get sonny to
tricks like lying down or bowing down. Sonny is
certainly a horse that I will never be able to replace! |

Rebel is our huge big 8yr
old 17. 3h and chicken. No joke! You say boo and
this horse's belly touches the ground! We love him
though. One of these days I will continue my
barrel racing career on this big beast. He really
is a fast horse. Rebel has shown promising times for
barrel racing, but he cant turn and burn those barrels
if I dont ever get a chance to ride.
We have had Rebel for 7 1/2 years now and he will
continue to stay with us until the end of his day. |

Sally is our newest
addition. She is a 4yr old AQHA Dun Mare. I
have to say she is certainly a prissy mare, but we love
her to death. I have been fortunate enough to
break her for riding. Nathan and I both love the way she
looks under a saddle. I always think of Bonanza
when I see her.
A funny fact about Sally is that her real name is
Peponitas Top Deck. So you can see why we call her
Sally. |

We acquired this cat at
Fort Rucker, Alabama. I have to say it is mostly
my fault. I am the one that really wanted Halo.
There is something about her tail that I just love.
She is a fairly decent house cat. We have learned
since having Halo is that are really moody and
demanding. They never let you forget when they are
hungry.
She as became Reilly's best pestering friend. He
chases her all over the place. She is mostly know
as "Cat" or "Kitka." So technically the poor cat
has three names. |

Nathan and I have been
discussing the thought of getting a dog upon his return
from Afghanistan. We believe we have figured out
the breed. It is kind of a unique dog breed, but
it really seems to fit the description of what kind of
dog we would like to have for our little family.
The Vizsla is a medium sized hunting dog most commonly
recognized for its golden rust coat. The head is wide
between the ears, with a moderate stop and a muzzle that
is deep and square. The eyes and nose should match the
coat, and should not be any color other than brown; the
Vizsla’s expression is keen and inquisitive. Ears are
long and silky, and hang near the cheeks. The neck and
body are lean and muscular, giving the dog’s body a
light but powerful appearance. The legs are strong and
sturdy: forequarters are straight and hindquarters are
well developed with angulated hocks and stifles. The
tail is carried level and docked one third off; feet are
compact and catlike. The coat lies close to the body and
is dense, smooth and short. The coat is solid in various
shades of golden rust; occasionally, one will see some
white markings on the dog’s chest.
